Do I Need to Be Home for Junk Removal?

Not necessarily — but you’re always welcome to be.

For many cleanups, especially quick curbside pickups, customers prefer to leave items outside or in a garage and let us handle everything while they’re at work or running errands.

As long as the items are accessible, we can complete the job without you onsite.

When You Don’t Need to Be Home
You do NOT need to be home when:

• Items are outside, in a garage, or in an unlocked area
• You’ve labeled what stays vs what goes
• You’ve approved the quote ahead of time
• Payment can be completed digitally

When You May Want to Be Home
For large jobs — like basements, homes, estates, or multi-room cleanouts — many people choose to be present simply because:

• They want to point out items room by room

We always enjoy hearing the background on cool finds, family pieces, or old collections.

It makes the job more meaningful on our end too.
