Our minimum cost for any pickup is $150.
This covers small piles, single items, or quick curbside pickups.
From there, pricing increases based on how much space your items take in the truck.
On average:
- Small loads: $150–$300
- Medium loads: $300–$600
- Large loads: $600–$900
- Full home/commercial cleanouts: $900+
Full cleanouts can vary widely depending on:
- How many rooms need attention
- Amount of furniture
- Heavy items (safes, exercise equipment, appliances)
- Debris, trash, or bagging needs
- Time required on-site
We always give exact quotes before anything is removed so there are no surprises.
